Christina Matthews

Chief Executive Officer – Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA)

Christina Matthews is Chief Executive Officer of the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) and a former Australian cricketer. Christina is the only woman in Australia to hold the position of CEO of a cricket association and is a well-respected voice within the Australian cricket community. She brings with her 35 years’ experience in various management, coaching and development roles within sport including cricket, hockey and Australian rules football.

Raelene Webb QC has a national practice specialising in appellate advocacy, native title, mining law, administrative and constitutional law as well as taxation law.

After more than 20 years as a barrister Raelene was appointed as President of the National Native Title Tribunal from 2013-2018. Prior to her appointment Raelene was recognised as one of the leading native title silks in Australia. She has appeared in the High Court in many landmark constitutional and land rights cases and is one of few women to regularly appear to make oral argument before the High Court.

Raelene is an experienced mediator with national accreditation. She is also a skilled facilitator with many years of experience working with groups around Australia, focussing on collaborative techniques to assist groups to achieve their goals.

With a life-long passion for education, Raelene has taught in advocacy training courses and provided legal training over many years. She has given guest lectures at Australian and Canadian universities.

Raelene is a fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. She was awarded the Law Council of Australia President’s Medal in 2014, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the legal profession in Australia.

Aymee Mastaglia

Aymee Mastaglia is currently State Manager, WA for Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, where she has worked since 2013. Previous to this she was General Manager at the Wine Industry Association of WA.

As part of her current role, she has developed a Not for Profit Board Experience Program for Chartered Accountants looking to become non-executive directors. She has also co-founded Financial Toolbox, a Not for Profit organisation who seek to empower women with financial literacy tools and education.

She was recognised as a Top 40 under 40 award winner through WA Business News in 2018, and is a graduate of Curtin with a Masters in Marketing, for which she received a prize for the best graduating student in 2009

Adrian has significant international experience in practising IP law, specialising in the protection and management of trade marks, copyrights, domain names and trade secrets complemented by experience in commercial agreements.

He has experience working collaboratively with executives and in-house counsel to implement IP management best practices through well-drafted IP policy reinforced by rigorous compliance and education programs.

Working closely with a business’s key decision makers is vital to ensuring that its IP strategy is properly aligned with its overall strategic plan. To this end, Adrian takes a collaborative approach to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements associated with the strategic creation and exploitation of IP. These include agreements relating to licensing, manufacturing, supply and distribution, research and development, material transfer, provision of services and assignments.

Srinivas is currently responsible for managing the operations of Natsoft Consulting, a subsidiary of Natsoft Corporation, in Australia and New Zealand. Natsoft Consulting helps clients to solve real-life challenges, transform operations, improve customer service, and create new business models by leveraging digital offerings including Blockchain, Big Data and AI, Industrial IoT and RPA technologies.

Srinivas is an experienced management and consultancy professional with 30+ years of experience and proven track record in delivering large complex integration and digital transformation programs using various methodologies and technologies across a multitude of industries and geographical locations.

Prior to joining Natsoft Consulting, Srinivas has worked with IBM (Australia) and Deloitte (Malaysia). He has experience in delivering large Complex Integration and Business Transformation programs using various methodologies and IT/OT technologies across a multitude of industries and geographical locations.

Srinivas started his career as a control engineer with BHEL, a leading turnkey equipment supplier in India, before relocating to Singapore where he took up various project management roles and was responsible for managing large control automation projects for O&G, Power Plants and Process Industries.

Shyam brings more than 2 decades of Management & IT Consulting experience across the range of technologies from ERP, CRM to the digital solutions like Analytics, Blockchain, Industrial IoT, RPA and IX/UX.

Shyam led the digital transformation of Natsoft by establishing Products, Solutions and Ecosystem Partners for the leading-edge technologies. Natsoft’s Products, Solutions and Partner ecosystem will bring transformational solutions for the clients in the areas of Blockchain, Industrial IoT, RPA and AI to support new business models of its clients and generate new revenue streams and optimizing costs of serving its customers.

Prior to this, Shyam was the Partner & Vice President at IBM, based out of Singapore and been with the company for over 19 years. He has significantly contributed to grow this practice in terms of client acquisition, talent and capability development and by taking innovative solutions to clients.

Shyam has played key roles in ASEAN in the past including ASEAN Global Business Services Leader, Singapore & Indonesia Country Leader, ASEAN Consulting Services Leader. Shyam was also responsible for successfully establishing IBM’s Business Analytics and Optimization Services, Digital Transformation Services and entire Consulting Services across ASEAN.

Shyam started his career in the White goods manufacturing and has established and managed state of art facilities in India and Middle East, prior to moving into Management and IT Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
