The following terms and conditions apply to the Feed Your Mind loyalty card program:
General
- A card can be collected from the registration desk when you sign in for the event.
- Loyalty cards receive one stamp per Feed Your Mind event attended.
- Stamping of the card is conducted at the start of the event, during check-in at the venue. Collect 4 stamps to complete your card.
- Attendees must attend in person to collect a stamp.
- Cards cannot be shared between attendees.
Collection & redemption
- If you are redeeming your card, please notify event staff at the registration desk know.
- Your loyalty card can be used across both semesters of the calendar year.
- When collecting a $10 Guild Gift card, event registration and attendance will be checked as part of the redemption process.
- Please ensure you have your current staff or student ID on you when redeeming your gift card.
Bonus draw
- The winner of the bonus draw will be announced at the last session of the calendar year.
- The winning card will be drawn from a box by staff at the event.
- If the winner is not in attendance at the event, they will be contacted via their details they provided on the card.
- Each bonus draw only includes the cards redeemed and submitted in that calendar year.
- Entries do not carry over to the next calendar year draw.
- A maximum of two entries, per person, per calendar year, can go into the bonus draw.
Data privacy
- Personal details written on submitted loyalty cards for the bonus draw, will be destroyed via shredding following the end of the calendar year.
- Other than event registration and attendance, no personal data (including dietary needs or allergies) will be retained after the event calendar year.
