This facility is part of Curtin’s John de Laeter Centre. It currently comprises two X-ray diffractometers, a small-angle X-ray scattering instrument, an in-situ X-ray diffractometer, and associated specimen preparation and analysis facilities.
The XRDSF exists to support diffraction and scattering experiments, and educate researchers in the use and application of diffraction and scattering in their research programs.
