Dr. Billy Sung is a senior lecturer at the School of Marketing, Curtin Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology Science (Hons I) and a PhD in Consumer Psychology. His research has been based on the study of emotion and the application of psychophysiological methodology in multiple disciplines including marketing, consumer psychology, health, and robotics.
He is currently managing the Consumer Research Lab; in this role, he has led various industry-funded projects with Redbull, Lotterywst, HBF, RAC, Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Fogarty Wine, Gabriel Chocolate, Simmo’s Ice Cream amongst others. To date, he has obtained more than $160K of internal funding and $730K of external industry and nationally competitive research funding in the past three years.
