Launch of new HDR Student Consumables Allowance Process
Posted 4 June 2015
The new process surrounding changes to the administration of the HDR Student Consumables Allowance is now being rolled out. Students who achieve candidacy on or after 1 July 2015 will be the first batch of students to utilise Concur – the new tool for student consumable reimbursement. Guidelines for supervisors surrounding this new process, along with the list of reimbursable items are available on the staff policies, procedure and guidelines page under the section “Essential facilities”. Students who achieve candidacy before 1st July 2015 will continue to claim reimbursement using the same process until otherwise advised.
An updated candidacy form accompanies this new process, and is available on the student forms page. Supervisors should familiarise themselves with the new form, particularly with Appendix A. Please discard any old copies of candidacy forms you may have saved.
