Externally funded research centres
Externally Funded Research Centres are areas of research strength that are established principally with funding from sources external to the University. They signify industry and governments desire to partner with Curtin to deliver high-quality research with impact.
Curtin highly values partnerships with industry and government and has numerous types of externally funded centres including:
- Australian Research Council (ARC) Centres of excellence
- industry focused Cooperative research centres (CRCs)
- partnerships with Multi-institutional research centres
- Industry research centres
